Following a series of tragic events in my life, I decided I need to know more about why our lives unfold the way they do. Not so much in a random event sort of way. But more about who we are and why we unconsciously repeat our mistakes. I’d spent a large part of my life studying psychology, going through therapy, and maintaining a career in the communications field. No matter what I read, learned or sought, I felt there was something missing.

Looking for a different direction, I spontaneously attended a workshop and discovered a teacher of archetypes and life contracts. I signed up for the three-year course through CMED Institute with author Caroline Myss. It changed everything. I began to understand so much about myself and the patterns in my life that therapy couldn’t touch. And as a communications professional and empath, I dug deeper to determine if this was an approach and method to help others. Through research, writing and client sessions, I discovered specific languaging that seemed to fit with each archetype. It has been an immense help for everyday problem-solving.
