Meet Pat

I’m Pat, a spiritual counselor and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner with a background in psychology and a 25-year career in communications. My journey led me from exploring different faiths to studying metaphysics, ultimately guiding me to become certified in Sacred Contracts through CMED Institute with Caroline Myss. Through a blend of archetypes and psychology, I help people recognize their patterns, uncover hidden blocks, and reclaim their personal power. Want to learn more?
